The B48 L Battery Power Supply from AKG is a battery-powered one-channel power supply designed to provide phantom power to a P48 condenser microphone. The 48V power supply provides voltage to the condenser microphone in applications in which phantom power from a mixer is not available. The additional mini-XLR audio output and the included mini-XLR to mini-XLR connection cable support direct connection to any AKG body-pack transmitter. The phantom power of the audio input supplies microphones with 48V and meets the P48 standard. The B48 L is designed to meet the demand of the lowest noise levels even in operation with high-end condenser microphones for professional applications including theater and touring.
