AKG PT4500 BD2-50mW
Portable transmitter with rugged cast magnesium housing. The VHF band, with a width of 30 MHz provides up to 1200 electrified frequencies, and several banks of preset frequencies for different countries make it easy to configure multi-channel systems.
A backlit display makes it easy to tune the HT 4500 to the same frequency as the SR 4500 receiver. The pilot tone system constantly transmits transmitter status information, including the position of the MUTE switch and remaining battery power, to the receiver. Integrated charging contacts allow you to charge the optional BP 4000 battery pack without removing it from the transmitter.
After an hour, the battery pack will be fully charged, and you can continuously use the transmitter for 12 hours. The 3-pin mini XLR with variable sensitivity settings is compatible with any AKG handheld instrument and microphone in any application. The optional mute remote switch allows the user to turn off the transmitter without having to grope the switch on the case if the transmitter is hidden in clothing.
AKG PT4500 BD2-50mW is fully compatible with its predecessor PT 4000, but unlike the latter, it offers two additional frequency bands in the range 500 - 530 and 570 - 600 MHz, which give greater flexibility in multi-channel mode.
