The LTD AS-1 is a more affordable, yet close version of Alex Skolnick's main guitar; featuring similar appointments like his long-time favorite Seymour Duncan '59 and JB pickups with coil-tap function, time-tested Mahogany Body/Maple top and Mahogany neck combination, and top-notch Tonepros Locking TOM Bridge and Tailpiece with Grover Tuners.
Special features include a 43mm bone nut, Dunlop Straploks, and a unique headstock design which facilitates a less-resistant path for the strings for better tuning stability.
