The cutting shafts

Manufacturing high-quality shredders with long life cycles have always been a declared aim of the Krug & Priester company. Our top-quality cutting shafts made of special hardened steel, which are the components subject to the greatest workloads, inspire us with so much confidence, that we introduced the Lifetime Guarantee against breakage (Note: Micro-cut and super micro cut models are excluded). This Lifetime Guarantee is based on the experience we have gained over decades, as well as on the first-class material and the sophisticated engineering of our products.

EASY-TOUCH

Easy operation is guaranteed with the easy touch multifunction switch for stand-by/stop (off) / reverse and optical signals for the operational status of the shredder.

Safety flap

The safety flap in the feed opening is an additional safety element to keep fingers, ties or other objects away from the cutting shafts.

Blue Angel

For its highly efficient use of energy, this shredder was awarded the “Blue Angel”. It is the energy saving function, “Zero Energy Consumption”, of these shredders that ensures automatic and complete power cut-off after 30 minutes in standby mode and thus zero energy consumption after 30 minutes in stand-by-mode. Efficient drive systems ensure high sheet capacity, and quietly running motors mean low operational sound levels. Krug & Priester sets a good example by being responsible in our handling of resources, and in our environmentally compatible production. Dangerous and harmful substances are absolutely taboo. In fact, all our products are manufactured to be environmentally compatible, and this is confirmed by the implementation of our Environment Management System according to DIN EN ISO 14001:2009.
