And with Intel® Dual Band Wireless-AC 8265, plus optional LTE, you can stay in touch with colleagues, and access all the data you need.

The Portégé A30-D is designed to last, no matter where your working life takes you. Not only has it undergone a Highly Accelerated Life Test* – so you know it will keep working for as long as you need it to – it’s also been drop, spill** and pressure tested. That means even after an accident, the Portégé A30-D will stay in working order – allowing you greater peace of mind, and a laptop that won’t let you down.

Spill-resistant keyboards help protect your data from accidental spills up to 30 ml, allowing you 3 minutes shut down time to save your data. Pressure tested to examine the functionality of the laptop and usage of the LCD screen, after being placed underneath 100kg for 10 seconds.

That’s why the Portégé A30-D is equipped with dedicated TPM encryption, and has optional fingerprint and Smartcard login functionality. Designed to make data easily accessible but completely secure, the Portégé A30-D’s optional two-factor authentication makes working on the move safer than ever.

Transform your desk into a fully-featured office environment, by easily combining the Portégé A30-D with the Hi-Speed Port Replicator III docking station. With two digital video-out ports, four USB 3.0 ports, two USB 2.0 ports, plus the A30-D’s built-in connectivity options, you have access to everything you need. You can even decide which internal elements your Portégé A30-D comes with: select up to the latest Intel® Core™ and vPro™ processors, and HDD or SSD – for tailor-made performance. What's more, you have the option of having an Optical Disc Drive (ODD) built in too.

Featuring common software images and driver support – as well as compatibility with the Hi-Speed Port Replicator III docking station and Toshiba AC adapters – the Portégé A30-D is ready to work with everyone in your business, straight out of the box. This advanced manageability even extends to Intel® AMT, a common WMI interface and full SCCM support.
