One year service contract including two annual major preventive maintenance visits to be performed during regular business hours, one year onsite “break/fix” warranty service (best effort basis) and 24-by-7 telephone/dispatch support for the SRCOOL33K. Service is available in the 48 contiguous United States. PREREQUISITE: correction of out of specification conditions at customer expense prior to activation of warranty renewal.
