Monitor your doors and windows by connecting the Ubiquiti Networks mFi-DS Sensor to an mPort Machine Interface. The MFi-DS uses a magnetic contact sensor interface to detect whether a door or window is opened or closed. To relay this information, the mFi-DS is connected to the mPort Interface using a terminal block connector (included with the mPort). The mPort in turn conveys this information to the mFi Controller software, which you can access in your web browser. Use the mFi-DS Sensor with other mFi components to create an intelligent network for machine management and smart building automation.
