The Ultra Stick M53 Aluminum Monopod with Ball Head from Velbon is a five-section camera support that can extend from 14.6" to 54.3". It weighs just 12.6 oz and can hold up to 3.3 lb. A single twist lock secures the leg sections in place, and a foam grip on the top section adds comfort when holding the monopod.

The included ball head has one lock to control all movements. A quick-release plate is also included, with a 1/4"-20 screw to attach it to your camera.
