 The HT40 mini microphones that come with the set are equipped with a three-way switch that can turn the microphone off and put it in MUTE mode. Microphones are powered by two AA batteries. One battery lasts for about 30 hours of operation. As for the SR 40 Mini base (receiver): the base has 4 status indicators for each of the two channels of the radio system. The RFOK indicator shows the signal level, AF Clip is the limiter indicator. If a very strong signal is received on the amplifier, the indicator light illuminates. There is also a radio power-off indicator on the base and there are two volume knobs, each of which adjusts the output volume on its channel. On the back of the receiver there are two balance outputs for 14 jack (each output for its own channel).
