The Cisco Meraki MR36-HW is a cloud-managed Wi-Fi 6 wireless access point designed for modern enterprise, education, hospitality, healthcare, retail and office environments. It combines 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz 802.11ax client access radios with advanced security, spectrum analysis, location analytics and Bluetooth Low Energy capabilities.

The MR36 provides a combined dual-radio aggregate frame rate of up to 1.5 Gbps, with up to 1,201 Mbps on the 5 GHz band and 286 Mbps on the 2.4 GHz band.

Wi-Fi 6 Performance

The MR36 uses 802.11ax technology to provide improved wireless efficiency and capacity in environments with many connected devices. Its 2x2:2 radios use two spatial streams and support modern Wi-Fi technologies including OFDMA, MU-MIMO, beamforming, BSS Coloring and Target Wake Time.
